Day 1: Saigon – My Tho – Ben Tre (L/D)
Begin your journey with a hotel pick-up and transfer to Long An, the first Mekong Delta province from Saigon. Cycle leisurely through picturesque countryside and rural town on your way to My Tho (25km). Take the boat ride across the river towards Ben Tre and stop for lunch.
After lunch in Ben Tre, hop on the bicycle and start exploring the rural village and some traditional cottage industries before going to one of the local homestay to overnight.
Cycling distance: ~ 50 km
Day 2: Ben Tre – Can Tho (B/L/D)
Transfer across Co Chien river and start peddling through less traveled countryside with coconut plantations and scenic farmlands. Make a few breaks in between the cycling routes at some scenic spots and also to have refreshment at a local café. Check in hotel and have dinner. At night, free to explore the night market in town.
Cycling distance: ~ 70 km
Day 3: Can Tho – Sa Dec (B/L/D)
Transfer to Cai Rang. Take a boat trip to visit the floating Market, renowned for their vibrant trade.
Get back on your bike and peddle to visit old house of Binh Thuy. Cross the ferry and cycle through lush countryside toward Sa Dec. Visit Tan Qui Dong flower village before checking in the hotel.
Cycling distance: ~ 50 km.
Day 4: Sa Dec – My Tho
Visit Kien An Cung Temple, a beautiful congregation hall of the 17th century Chinese immigrants. Continue the đay by transfering to Cai Thia. Cycle from Cai Thia to My Tho (50km). Lunch in My Tho. Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda before transferring back to Saigon by bus.
