Day 1 - Hue To Phong Nha

Depart from Hue at 07:30 AM via private vehicle, driving north into the historic Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). Your first stop is Hiền Lương Bridge, spanning the Bến Hải River at the 17th Parallel—a poignant monument marking where Vietnam was physically split for over two decades. Next, explore the incredible nearby Vịnh Mốc Tunnels, an intricate, three-tiered underground village where civilian families lived and survived intense wartime bombardments. Following lunch, leave the coast behind and enter the towering limestone karsts of Phong Nha-Kẻ Bàng National Park. Your afternoon is dedicated to Thiên Đường (Paradise) Cave. Arriving late allows you to bypass the heavy mid-day tour crowds. Ride an electric buggy to the trailhead, step inside the cool interior, and marvel at the jaw-dropping, cathedral-like scale of the cavern along a 1-kilometer illuminated wooden boardwalk. Checkin in your ecolodge by the Son River in Phong Nha town.

Day 2 - Phong Nha Back To Hue (B)

Check out of your hotel at 08:30 AM and head straight to Dark Cave (Hang Tối) for a high-energy morning. Your adventure begins with a thrilling 400-meter double-cable zipline across the turquoise Chay River. Equipped with headlamps and mandatory swimwear, you will swim into the pitch-black cave and trek through clay passages to float in a therapeutic natural mud bath. Exit the cave for kayaking, river obstacle courses, and water slides. After washing off and changing into dry clothes. At 02:00 PM, begin a smooth, uninterrupted 4-hour drive back south, arriving in Hue by 06:00 PM.
